Rules and Regulation:-

• Paper is supposed to be in IEEE format comprising of not more than 6 pages.
• Paper must contain participants’ name, department, year, e-mail ID, contact number and college name.
• Maximum of 2 members per team is allowed.
• Participants’ are not allowed to present more than one paper.
• Inter college teams are allowed to present paper.
• Abstract of the paper must be sent to the mail ID ‘ paperaagama@gmail.com and the file name should be in the title of the paper in .doc, .docx or .pdf format
• Presentation time will 12 minutes out of which 10 minutes is for presentation and 2 minutes for queries.
• The selected participants must bring 2 hard copies of documentation.

NOTE:- “Last date for submission of abstracts is 26th of march and confirmation regarding selection of your abstract will be sent by 27th of march.”
